UPDATE: This experiment is now closed. You can access the post-mortem here.
This is the site of a series of test projects using online collaboration tools to innovate the exhibit design process. The first project focuses on the exhibition "Human +", a planned New York Hall of Science traveling exhibition on human enhancement technologies. Turn up your speakers and click the play button to hear my introduction and see Eric Siegel's mini-presentation about Human +.
Interested? To join the conversation and leave your own comments, you have two options. You can register with VoiceThread (free and easy), create your own account, and leave your comment that way. Or, if you will be at WMA (Oct 10-11) or ASTC (12-16), I will be roving with my laptop and would be happy to record you on the spot. As the conversation grows over the week, I encourage you to come back to this site and respond to questions or comments from others.
Once you've contributed (or just looked), please send me an email to let me know what you thought of this experiment and whether you think this kind of activity is valuable. Please include your name and affiliation (job/city/country) in the message. I will be compiling these comments for a post-mortem to be published on October 18.
This site will be available forever, but the active conversation will end on October 17. So start commenting!
